Zoning Commission
The Zoning Commission consists of seven (7) members, appointed by the Board of Supervisors for a term of five (5) years. The duties of the Zoning Commission are to review applications for subdivisions, and planned unit developments, to recommend the appropriate zoning district for uses not listed as permitted uses or special exceptions, and to recommend the appropriate zoning district for any territories that become part of the unincorporated area of the county.
