Forms & Applications

Following are the paper copies of our applications. Please note that the Zoning Permit Application and the Floodplain Development Permit Application must now be submitted online. Paper applications will not be accepted. The paper copies below are provided for reference only so you can see what information will be required. Permit Review Timeline Please allow up to two (2) weeks for review and processing of zoning permit applications. Applications are reviewed by the Zoning Department and may also require interdepartmental review by other County departments, such as the County Engineer and/or Environmental Health, depending on the project. Review times may vary based on the type of project, completeness of the application, and whether additional information is needed. New construction projects may take longer due to coordination between departments, driveway/access review, septic or well review, floodplain review, or other site-specific concerns. To help avoid delays, please submit a complete application the first time, including a clear site plan showing property lines, existing structures, proposed structures, structure dimensions, road access, and all required setback measurements. Site plans should show that the proposed structure meets the applicable zoning setbacks. Submitting an application does not authorize work to begin. Work may not begin until the zoning permit has been reviewed and approved/issued by Jackson County.
