Failure to provide required soil analysis will result in delays or denial of the permit. The inspection fee is non-refundable if site conditions are found to be disturbed at the time of inspection.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to have the building site/foundation area clearly identified or excavated prior to soil testing to ensure proper system siting and setback compliance.
