Assessor's Office - Residential Review

Representatives from Vanguard Appraisals, Inc., in conjunction with the Jackson County Assessor’s Office, will be conducting exterior reviews of all residential and agricultural dwellings throughout Jackson County. This process will continue through the remainder of the year. As part of the review, appraisers will observe and photograph properties and may, at times, contact property owners to obtain additional information.

All local law enforcement agencies, as well as the Jackson County Assessor’s Office, will be notified of the areas where representatives will be working. They will also have a list of the individuals involved in the project, including names and license plate numbers. Appraisers’ vehicles will be identified by blue and white magnetic signs, typically displayed on the driver’s side door.
