PRN Correctional / Transport Officer
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking motivated individuals to join our team!
We are seeking a dedicated PRN Correctional Officers to join our team in providing high quality security, care and direct supervision of inmates during all phases of activity in a correctional facility, as well as transport activities when coverage is needed. This role is perfect for individuals who value flexibility and want to make a meaningful impact without committing to a fixed schedule.
Starting wage is $22.16 per hour, increasing to $23.40 after six months and to $24.62 after one year.
Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and be insurable under county policy.
Pre-employement physical and background check required.
