Use the Beacon website for property, sales, and comparable sales searches.
Comparable Property Search Instructions
- Visit the Beacon website
- Select the "Comp Search" tab in the navigation
- Next, fill in your search options.
- Tip: Sometimes, less is better in this case. Start with the minimum and grow from there for a more detailed search.
- Click the blue "Search" button when done adding your options. If there are no results found, use the back button to verify your information is correct or simply the options.
