Comparable Property Search Instructions

• Visit the Beacon website
• Select the "Comp Search" tab in the navigation
  
• Next, fill in your search options.
  • Tip: Sometimes, less is better in this case. Start with the minimum and grow from there for a more detailed search.
• Click the blue "Search" button when done adding your options. If there are no results found, use the back button to verify your information is correct or simply the options.
