What is COVID-19?

The virus that causes COVID-19 is a new coronavirus that has spread throughout the world. The disease is present in all 99 counties of Iowa.

The CDC is continually updating information about how the virus spreads as more is being discovered. There are many simple things we can do to help slow the spread.
